RESERVATION POLICY:

• A confirmation letter will be e-mailed upon completion of your reservation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM 

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee charged to your credit card if you cancel before 7 days of your check-in date.   The rate for one night plus tax will be charged if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date or 50% of your reservation if reserved more than 1 day.  Reservation can be changed only once with availability.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE:

• The cottages with kitchens are equipped with a microwave, stove with an oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, and cookware.  Guests are responsible for cleaning up all dishes and cookware. There is a $75 charge for any kitchen that is left excessively messy.  All damages or breakages will be charged accordingly.

• Non-kitchen cottages all have a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker/coffee.

• There is a propane double-grill barbecue in the gazebo near the swimming pool that can be used.  Arrange with the Front Desk.

• Roll-away beds are available for $35.00 per night.  Cribs or pack-n-play are available for $15.00 per night.  All linens are furnished in each cottage and housekeeping service is provided. There is not a guest laundry facility on-site, the closest laundromat is in Garberville, approximately 12 miles south of Miranda.

• ​​The Pet-friendly cottages are 1, 2, 3A, 5, and 7 ONLY. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $45 per night. (pet weight: 30 lbs./1 pet limit) It is requested not to leave any pets alone in the cottage or in cars on the property. The pet owner is responsible for any pet waste clean-up on the premises and any damages to the cottage caused by the pet. There is a $250.00 fee for taking any undeclared pets inside the cottages.  Regular kitchen utensils cannot be used for pets, otherwise, there will be a fine.

• All cottages are non-smoking.  There is a $350.00 fee for smoking in any of the cottages or if an odor remains after checking out.

• No marijuana smoking, storage or processing allowed in the cottages.  There will be a $450.00 fee if there is an odor remaining after checking out.

• On a check-out date if the guests did not check out by the assigned time and belongings are left in the cottage, we may hold the guests’ belongings in storage to free up the cottage.  $75 will be charged for late check-out after 12 pm.
